Weasel

Weasel (right) and stoat (left) - ventral (belly) view.
Weasels and stoats are often confused but distinguishing features include:
- the line between brown and white fur along the underside is patchy / wavy on weasels and straighter on stoats
- weasels have a shorter tail, barely longer than their hind legs, compared to stoats
- weasels do not have a black tip on their tails, but stoats do.
