Possum bite marks on a Waxtag.
Note the characteristic pairs of incisor tooth impressions with a distinctive 'medial notch' down the middle, made by the gap between the paired teeth. Typically the incisor pairs are 4.5 - 7 mm wide, including the medial notch. Waxtags are used for monitoring populations of soem pest species.
